The "E-Factory Xi'an Airport Cross border Digital Innovation Park" project is located at No. 1 Free Trade Avenue, Xixian New Area Airport New City, Shaanxi Province. It was introduced by the Xixian New Area Airport New City Management Committee in December 2021 and invested and operated by Shaanxi Zhongwei Yunchuang Operation Service Co., Ltd. The project aims to create a cross-border trade digital industry cluster with functions such as cross-border platform, cross-border enterprises, cross-border talents, cross-border goods, and cross-border services. The project has been officially launched and implemented since May 2022, and its operation has been good. A total of 121 registered enterprises have settled in the park, including 5 foreign-funded enterprises and 3 large-scale enterprises. Carry out more than 12 entrepreneurial service activities and more than 50 cross-border e-commerce training sessions, with a cumulative operating income of over 150 million yuan. Establishing links with multiple universities to promote the growth of cross-border e-commerce talents, we have received 337 freshmen for graduate studies and 146 for practical internships, with a total of 1539 people receiving cross-border e-commerce training.

The project has been successively evaluated as one of the first batch of partner enterprises in China (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Xi'an Municipal Mass Innovation Space, Xixian New Area Foreign Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Pilot Carrier, and Shaanxi Xixian Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone Talent Liaison Workstation.
