Daniel Oscar Baskoro is a practitioner in the field of digital transformation. He graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and from Columbia University, New York with a Master of Science in Technology Management. He also received professional education at MIT, Cambridge. Currently, Oscar serves as the Chairman of the FMIPA UGM Alumni Association.
Oscar is a recipient of various international awards, including Champion Winner from ITU and Innovation Global Winner from the World Bank. He was recognized as Pemuda Hebat Republik Indonesia and was selected as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Young Persons by Junior Chamber International in 2022. Additionally, he received the Universitas Gadjah Mada Alumni Award in 2023.
Oscar has held key positions in the digital transformation of the public sector, such as Manager for One Data Indonesia Governance at Bappenas, Head of Open Government at the Presidential Staff Office, and Chief Operating Officer of DTO at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Currently, Oscar works as the Chief PMO Smart City at the Nusantara Capital Authority. He is also active as a practitioner and advisor in various government agencies, communities, and international organizations related to digital transformation initiatives.
