Ruchika leads the Embedded Risk and Control function at Citibank, focusing on public cloud initiatives and regulatory engagements across the APAC and EMEA regions. Her leadership ensures that Citibank maintains the highest standards of risk, security and compliance while innovating in the cloud space. Her diverse career spans across pivotal roles at Salesforce, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and HSBC. In these positions, she has been instrumental in shaping robust cloud security frameworks, navigating complex compliance landscapes, managing regulatory engagements, and implementing cutting-edge cyber technology controls. She has also managed application and infrastructure controls, vendor and offshoring risk, and IT risk and audit, demonstrating her comprehensive understanding of the security and risk management ecosystem. Outside of her professional endeavours, Ruchika is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders. She is a certified mentor for women and young professionals, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their careers. Additionally, she serves as a Cyber Security mentor with NASSCOM in India. Living in Singapore, she cherishes spending time with her family and finds balance through her passion for yoga and meditation.
